Default Utah Airpark Lot - Thunder Ridge

We are considering selling our lot near Thunder Ridge for our original purchase price. I purchased this lot four years ago before the runway was paved for $40,000. Our lot is on the east side of the runway which is in Bandanna Ranch and the lot is 5 acres.
Thunder Ridge is on the west side.
The airpark is still very new with hangers and cabins just starting to be built.
This is a great lot with nice views. You can ride your 4-Wheeler as much as you want, fish, hunt or ski. This is located at the base of the Uinta Mountains.
If you have any questions shoot me an e-mail or give me a call.

Hi Scott,

Did you ever sell your lot? The lots on the east side of the runway look like they have a great view.
I see that the Thunder Ridge website says that they are going to start building houses in the spring. That will be great to see.
