Default view of the bottom of fuselage of RV-8

Does anybody have a good photograph of the bottom of the flap/fuselage fairings and flaps for a finished RV8? I'd like to see how big of a mess I've made. I think the gap between the trailing edge of my flaps and the fairing is too wide. Boy, what a job to form these things to fit!!!!!

Thanks.

Don't know what you are looking for. In my case, the fairings fit pretty well right out of the box and no tweaking or adjustments were required. I did proseal them in place to discourage moisture from gaining easy entry.

Rick,

Thanks for the pictures. You showed me exactly what I wanted to see. The drawings say that the fairing should be parallel with the trailing edge of the flap with minimum clearance between the flap and the fairing. I really struggled trying to bend the fairing into shape to match the trailing edge of the flap. The gap between the fairing and the flap is about .25 inch. I did get it parallel , but the gap is a little wide. So be it.....I bet it will still fly.

Again, thanks for taking time to show the pictures.
