We sell a stripped down version of the EICommander for $350 that is a tachometer. It also includes a hobbs meter, two trip timers, tank timer, OAT, and carb temp features.

For those who do a lot of formation work, it can optionally be configured it to trigger a bright LED when operating within a restricted RPM range.

The tach drive adaptor and probes are extra.

Default Tiny Tach

I have a Tiny Tach in a Challenger II that I built. I have been flying with it since 2005. It is dirt simple to install and works great. I also have an analog tach in the plane and I never look at it, I just use the Tiny.
