Default Spare part in Cleveland brake system...

I finished mounting my left wheel and brake caliper. I found that some pieces are in excess. I don't remember their part numbers, but mainly we are talking about 2 dust plates and associated screws and 2 small metal plates and washer and nut.

I understand that the dust plates are not used, because of the fairing. But what about the other stuff? Van's drawing C2 isn't helpful and Cleveland drawing do not show that parts.

Vans Drawing C2 is the worst one I've encountered. VERY little help when figuring our how the brake pieces go together. I had to go to photos on other builders' logs.

I just assembled my brakes to the main struts this past weekend. The only extra parts I had were the two dust shields and screws.

I checked it now. Extra parts are UNW501.25, nut and washer.

I have also another question. My brake cylinders are identical. So, the AN822-4D goes up on the left one but goes down on the right one.

I unscrewed the bleed nipple and placed it on the bottom of the right brake cylinder. I guess this should be OK. Any suggestion?

Thanks.
