Default Lord mount question (conical)

Hello all. I'm getting ready to hang my 0320-b3b and am using conical Lord bushing 6230-1, the installation diagram calls for a approximately 1/8 pin to be used to locate the bushing to holes on the mount. I did not get the pin with the kit. Am I missing something here besides the pins? I notice that the holes in bushings and the metal spacers are not centered. Is this to facilitate centering the engine? Thanks in advance. Jim.
