Where do you get your Spot tracking link?
Hi all,
I received and activated my Spot tracker today and my wife is on a trip to the S.C. coast with it. Are we notified of the link or what? I don't have a clue.

And you know tracking is an option, right? Not included in the basic subscription.

First, log into your account: https://login.findmespot.com/spot-main-web/index.jsp
Click the SHARE tab at the top of the page.
The click CREATE SHARED PAGE.
Follow the instructions and then email the link to your friends and family. |

...Yes, I did opt for the tracking feature but nowhere did I see anything about going to "Share".

You don't need to use the share setup. It's just a matter of giving someone your loggin & password to view the pages. And BTW ---- If you have the older orange model, push the OK button for a good 10 seconds after the unit is on. Otherwise, the tracking sometimes stops.

the new one isn't orange? there is a new one?
make sure it's in a good locale because mine doesn't work so hot.
