Default GPS track link question

They sale Garmin GPS at very good prices. Not sure how they can do that with the control Garmin has on pricing. Any one have information on a co. called GPS Track Link.com?

They show a Garmin 430W for about half the price the non-W units are going for on eBay. Screams scam to me.
