Question

Need OD of Vans Bowden Cable

Does anyone have one of the simple Vans push-pull cables handy (A-740 type)? I want to buy a Bowden clamp from ACS (link here).

There are two diameters - 3/16 and 7/32. Any idea which one is right? At $12 each, I don't really want to buy both.
