Default New Years Eve

If you have the opportunity to live in an airpark, DO IT.

I am thoroughly blessed to live in Stellar Airpark, P19, in Chandler AZ. Tonight, we had several open house's with lots of food and adult beverages. Later we had a big bonfire on one of the open lots and virtually everyone came.

In this park we have everything from the semi custom homes (mine) to multi million dollar homes. However with the common bond of aviation there is no socio economic borders.

Much of the talk was my newly completed and flying RV7. Seems that everyone either watched it fly or heard about it. I felt proud that people with jets, big twins etc. were appreciative and understanding of the efforts it takes to get a homebuilt plane in the air. The firm hand shake, clicking of a beer bottle make all of the effort worth it.

This has been one the best New Years celebrations of my life. Life is good.
