Help in understanding weather charts.

Guys i was looking over my recently downloaded foreflight software and think it's great but on the different weather screens there are several icons that i'm not familiar with. Something i didn't pay as much attention to as I should have when I got my license. To any extent does anyone have any good online resources for breakdowns of the differents charts and such available and what they describe and what the symbols mean?

The FAA free online book "Aviation Weather Services". It is a little technical, but still a good resource. Go to www.faa.gov and search for it there. You can buy a printed copy or just view it online at the FAA website for free.
