Default deburring the inside of a spar

Good evening everyone,
I thought I would tap the infinite wisdom here on the forums. I began deburring the parts of my HS tonight and was wondering, is there a practical/easy way to debur the inside of the spars, the holes match-drilled to the skin?
Thanks,
Brandon

I used these while building my 9A. Best part is you put them in your drill and at low speed, they do the outside of the hole first then the inside on the way out. Pricey, but really speeds up the process.

I used the same tool.

I don't use it on the drill though. It removes a bunch of material. So I just spin it with my fingers.

I'll bet you could do a pretty good job with some scotchbrite and emory cloth too.

Or you can hand-spin a narrow countersink bit. It's pretty easy to cut a short wooden dowel and drill it to accept the bit. The shank will pretty much tap itself into the dowel and, if you want to be fancy, you can dip the other end in plastic. Keep it short because it not only needs to fit into the spar but some flanges are also angled inward so a longer handle/bit combo can find itself interfering with the spar web. Don't worry about sturdiness; deburring aluminum is not an industrial strength operation. Most people over-do it.
