T-712 Z-Brackets

I have riveted the plate nuts on the z-brackets and they are ready to go back on the spar for fitting the baffel and tank ribs. My question is, do I bolt them on (three to a bracket) torqued and all? I think they will come off again. Can the bolts be used more than once? Seems that Iwould not need all three bolts on each bracket at this time.

What did you folks do here?
