Purchasing a Hangar

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase a hangar at Front Range Airport (Colorado) and was wondering what everyone else did for financing.

Are there any national banks that work well with folks purchasing a hangar? Did anyone find working with a local bank easy/hard? What kind of rate did you get?

Before I started to call around I was hoping to get some pointers from you guys, any info would be appreciated!

I own a few hangars and I never had any luck finding financing. Other than three previous owners willing to accept no interest monthly pay'ts.
