Default Stick wiring

Whats the best way to exit the stick tube with the wiring from the stick grip?
Its on an RV7a

Which model RV? It makes a difference on the answer you might get. (It helps a lot if you include a signature block on your posts so that you don't have to repeat routine stuff like what you're building.)
