Don't know what experiences others have had with TruTrak, but I just received back my ADI, with a replaced front end, replaced roll sensor and the GPS antenna shortened to 3'. Turnaround was less than a week. NO CHARGE! And they picked up the outbound freight. Obviously, these guys didn't come out of the U.S. auto industry, where out of warranty means S.O.L. This unit was over 2.5 years old.
Also, had a lengthy discussion with Alex DeDominics at Airventure regarding their EFIS. Serious instrument pilots should really check this out. It's at the top of my upgrade wish list.

The Digitrak in my 9A started misbehaving and a call to their support folks resulted in their request to return for evaluation.

Received a follow up call when they shipped that the gyro had been replaced at NO CHARGE, prepaid shipping and patiently answered a few somewhat lame questions from me.

Great Service! Highly recommended.
