Default How do I make flexible fuel lines with 90 deg fittings?

Trying to figure out how route my fuel lines for the new FI system. Looks like I will need a flexible fuel line with a 90 deg fitting on both ends. I am thinking of using the Aeroquip 601 hose http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/aq601.php with Aeroquip 8891 90 deg hose fittings http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/aq816.php

How do I make these lines? Is there a mandrel made for 90 fittings? What tools do I need? I can't find anything regarding this on the catalogs.

The information that I post is just that; information and my own personal experiences. You need to weight out the pros and cons and make up your own mind/decisions. The pictures posted may not show the final stage or configuration. Build at your own risk.

you're only 120 road miles from Bonaco, Inc in Upland,CA. Send them your measurements and they'll fix you nice.

Go to the Goodridge web site, they have assembly instruction on there, as well in the back of their catalog. Also, a few links along the same line are:
http://www.racehoseshop.com/ go to the tech area, and on youtube look up EarlsStoreOne they have several online videos of hose assembly. If you ever down this way, I can show you how to assemble these, I do a lot of them at work. Also, FYI, never put an angled fitting on both ends of a hose unless at least one of them has the ability to swivel because you can never get them clocked to each other properly. I'm not sure if the style of hose ends you mention come this way. Something to check.
