PR-1005-L Fuel tank sealant

Anyone know where I can get PR-1005-L fuel tank sealant in the Dallas area. Aircraft Spruce wants $95/pint plus hazardous shipping. I need it for the bi-plane tanks.
I've used proseal on assembly, but I want to "paint" the seams and rivets with PR-1005-L.
