Thumbs up Great support - SafeAir1

Just wanted to relate my recent experience with SafeAir1 - I had purchased a couple of their firewall pass thru kits and one of the kits was missing some components. I sent an e-mail to them about it and got not one, but two responses almost immediately saying that they'd ship the missing pieces out directly.

I was on the fence about their pitot/static plumbing kit, but this cinches it; I'm going to order it based in no small part on their prompt customer service.

Default Safeair1

I started doing business w/ these guys about 6 years ago. They used to be the "go to guys" for Dynon and Trio Avionics Products. Don't know why they stopped, but Dynon and Trio are the loosers!! The folks @ Safeair1 are hands down the most "user friendly" company I delt with during the 9 year journey of building my RV-6A.
