Given the baseball diamonds, North America. Kinda looks like southwestern edge of Cape Cod near Buzzard's Bay looking northeast. With that interminable Bourne bridge behind.

I agree has to be Cape Cod canal. Fog hasn't rolled in yet. Be on the gnd. by 3PM or have alternate planned. Walt.....
