Default Finding an RV-apt tech counselor... (WI)

I'd like a second set of eyes on my project and I'm thinking the EAA TC program might provide such. I am somewhat out in the sticks, though near enough OSH that there are some listed within driving distance. How do you find one that knows RVs? (I guess I don't know what goes into becoming a TC, so that may be a silly question.) I hate to just start calling everyone on the list...

(Or, if anyone has a recommendation I'd appreciate it. I'm half way between Appleton & Manitowoc.)

Thank you.
