Best Way To Bevel Wing Skins

I need to bevel the overlapping wing skins and need to know the best method to do this? How far back should the bevel start? How thin should it go? I don't want to mess up the skins but don't want to bevel too little and cause problems later.

Angle grinder with a sanding disk. Use the force... Adjust, trial fit, evaluate, adjust some more, fit again. It is a project, not a process.
