Default Elevator Skin--problem?

During the backriveting process I somehow managed to do this to my RV-8 right elevator skin (bottom side):

It is not a crack, just a deep scratch or, I guess, a bit of a crease. It is one rivet away from the trailing edge and one stiffener inside of the outboard edge of the elevator. My concern is vibration turning it into a crack. It's really too deep to dress out. Any thoughts?

If it was my skin, I'd probably just make sure the crease is slightly inward so I could fill it with a bit of epoxy and micro balloons so it wouldn't show once painted.
