Default Fuselage building table

Afternoon all...
I am preparing a building surface/table for my slow build RV-8 fuselage kit to arrive in about 3 weeks... The jig/table drawing in Vans drawings show its level to be about 28.5 to 30 inches from floor level. I am 5' 10" tall. I am wondering if anyone felt a different table height worked better.

Forget those plans. You do not need any jigs for the new -1 fuse. I have a work bench (3'x6' by 42"high). Once a few sub assemblies are built and the longerons are bent, you just need 3 sawhorses about 20" high and a 3'x4' piece of carpeted plywood (5/8") to assemble the bulk of the canoe. After the canoe is done, you need a rotisserie.
