Default Shipping Cost Estimate
RV-7A Slow Build Wing Kit

I am looking for a ball park figure on shipping cost, if anyone has a good guess.

My Slow build wing kit is shipping in August... From Van's (Oregon) to Me in Lakeland, Florida.

Does anyone have a guess on how much that will cost me for shipping?
$300, $500, $1000...

my wing kit SB was about 300 to Indiana..I elected to pick it up at the ABF facility in Indianapolis and saved me 80.00...

Mine was $300ish to North Alabama. I also picked mine up at the ABF terminal to save the home delivery charge.

I paid $525 US for the shipping of my -9 wing kit all the way to here in Quebec, Canada. It cannot cost you more than that.

Default shipping to Albuquerque
about 15 months ago, FedX freight charged me about $218 for my fuselage kit.

A couple of months ago, my finish kit arrived (FedX freight) and the shipping was $518

What happened?

Inflation? Fuel costs? The two boxes were similar size & weight.

Well, at least I'm done shipping big crates.....

Default Blame the canopy
I believe it costs more because of the canopy. Something about the material makes it cost more.
