Default Gear Leg Fairings

I am retrofitting the new style gear leg fairings to my 1988 RV-4. The instructions refer to the plans that I don't have. The new metal fairings come with a hinge pin. Does anyone have a picture or any input as to how to make these up. Any Help would be appreciated.

Default Gear Leg Fairings

Maybe I wasn't specific enough in my question. I'm trying to retrofit the newer gear leg fairings to my older airplane. Van's sell these in a kit and says they are to be a two part leg fairing. However there are only two leg fairings in the kit. I'm guessing that each leg fairing gets cut in half with one part somewhat sliding over the second half. I'm not sure where they should be cut (exactly in half) and how much overlap there should be when done. If someone has a snap shot it would be greatly appreciated. You can email to me at tommccutcheon@msn.com

Thank you very much for any help
