Default checklist before baffling the tanks?

To make sure I have covered everything anyone want to suggest a checklist for me before I close up the fuel tanks. I am currently deburring and dimpling all the skins while I wait for the last of the proseal to get nice and dry.

Also, I have noticed a lot of builder sites where people have added a fuel return line. Thinking of sticking to plans and keeping it simple...I opted not to add a fuel return line...am I going to regret that?..

I don't think you'll regret it unless you know that you will need a fuel return for whatever fuel injection system you are going to use. It'll be easy enough to add one later, if you change your mind. If you are thinking of the AFP purge line then you don't need another hole in the tank at all. A T on the main supply line is all you need for that.

Simple is good and the fewer holes there are in a tank the better.

I would make absolutely certain the shop head of every rivet is encapsulated with proseal and an unbroken filet seal surrounds every rib and stiffener. Scroll down to last post for the very good reasons why:
