Default fuel tank wire question

Anything wrong with using the plastic tie-a-dies to tie down the wire to the vent tube inside the tanks. I have the capacitance fuel guage installed and have a little extra wire between the ribs, not much but a little.

I think the plans tell you to use proseal to attach the wire to the vent. I would be scared to use a ziptie. No telling what it will do in 10 years.

Agreed - just use a dab of proseal. No telling what xx number of years of exposure to who-knows-what kind of fuels will do to that plastic.
