Cool Andair OS850 Oil Separator & Condensation Trap

I have the Andair oil/air sep & condensation trap and am getting ready to install it. Was wondering the best way to set this up on the fire wall (building an 8 w/IO-360 )? Should the oil/air separator exit line be vented where it drips on the exhaust (I assume this after reading some posts and noticing what is "common")? As for the condensation trap, where does the other end go (that is not coming from the separator)? How often do these need to be emptied out? Any help or info you have on this would be great. Nothing in the box or on the Andair site (besides the spec sheets info). Thanks. Dave

I have mine drained out by the exhaust. I don't really notice any oil coming out of it. I check it every 15-20 hours, and have about 2 tabelspoons of oil in it.
