When installing the skybolt camloc I made a tool to install the lock ring on the
grommet. I used a 3006 case to start expanding the ring and slid a 45 case over it's neck and used a wood stir stick to transfer the ring to the rim of the 45 case. Install the grommet and while holding the 45 to the tapered end of the grommet a bushing slid over the 45 case slipped the ring over the grommet with ease. Worked for me..
