Default insulating paint addative

Anyone here have any experience with this stuff:

Looks like it would mix into the paint like microbaloons. I'm thinking it would work well for painting the inside of the cowling.

Looks to be quite a bit more expensive than aluminum foil. :-)

Seriously, if it works, what about the firewall? Not as a fire barrier, but simply as a radiant barrier. How tough is it & would a blend in an epoxy paint stick to the stainless?

Lets see, maybe besides the firewall, how do you think it would work on the
floor in front of the main bulkhead?

Its not expensive at all.
