Default Anyone know the story behind this?

My friend sent me this link of what looks like either a -9 or -7 in the water.

I was wondering if anyone knew what happened?

Same plane? Or is "PU-JCI" something other an a registration number? If it is the same it was repainted.

It was originally JC's 9A (from Brazil), though it appears to have been sold. He's posted here numerous times in the past. Since Brazilian planes are registered with the first letter P, it appears that PU-JCI is in fact his registration number, now someone elses. It also appears he's built a second 9A with a very similar registration number, PU-IJC.

Default hmmm

I think thats a photo shop special, like the video of the acro plane with no wing landing.

Its not a real news story, the plane in waves like that would spin around pretty quick, and i dont think people would just go for a swim around a freshly crashed plane. Really.....

Am i missing something?
