Default O-360 Static RPM?

I have a new O-360 (carburated) with the Sensenich 72FM8S9-1-85 fixed pitch prop. What is a typical static RPM for this prop? I'm turning 2100/2200 rpm and I know this prop is taking a big bite, but that still seems a bit low.

Sounds about right to me for a middle to cruise prop. Take off should be around 2300, red line 2600 due to prop restriction.

The 72FM prop doesn't have the RPM restriction.
It's the 70CM for the 150/160 hp that has the restriction.

Thumbs up sounds good...

I have the same 85" prop on my parallel valve IO360 and see 2150-2175 RPM static.

Some other examples:

Default sounds about right

that is one solid prop. my static is about 2,200. believe max rpm is 2,700 with no restriction. sensi switched out my "83 with 900 hrs on it for a "85 for FREE. great people. mine has 2,600 hrs on it now.

the curve on the tip was put on backwards but passed testing so that is how come it looks "funny". i met the guy who did the testing and he told me the story.

Default O-360 static

I have 87" pitch and see 2150 RPM static. At 130kts 2500 RPM with a climb rate of about 1000 FPM.
These are general numbers without specific data.

Default O360-A1A 72/85 Sensenich Data Point

Today I tied my ready to inspect RV6 with an O360-A1A and a 72/85 Sensenich prop to our field (1B8) Turf Roller/Snow Plow Combo. (Its a "cut and shut" ex school bus with an ancient road roller in tow and adds to the very Norman Rockwell/Americana feel of the place). I checked out the static RPM and over 2 or 3 smooth power ups it never exceeded 2200 rpm. And the Field Service Combo didn't budge!
