Default Lord Mount Washers

I have figured out the grooves on the mounts but the question is that
the washer goes on the bottom ONLY ?????

Or top and bottom.
Have plenty of washers after I got the bolt set from Vans.

Getting ready to hang the engine.

Thanks in advance.

...on the engine "ear" side (between the engine and the rubber biscuit) are essential or the mount may hit the case.

The plans show this.

The other washers can be used as spacers for engine alignment with the cowling.... but if you don't have the cowl fitted yet, they should not be needed...
