Default fuselage inventory

I just finished checking the inventory of my 8 fuselage ( how do the get it all in that crate???) I received all items on the 11 pages of parts but did not get any rudder pedal hardware , brackets ,or powdercoated tube ,just 2 pedals and 2 master cylinders . Vans did not show any back orders. I will contact them monday. Any input ????

I just received my fuselage about 2 months ago and had the same problem. Called and found out this happens a lot. Go back and look at the order sheet that you faxed Van's. You have to specifically circle either the cockpit adjustable OR ground adjustable rudder pedals. If you don't pick either...you get neither. I elected the cockpit adjustable and assumed since it showed N/C (no charge) that this was standard and did not need to be circled. Simple fix with phone call.

Default fuselage

I did not check the box on the order form thinking if you don't get credit for the inflight ajustables you would get them as standard equipment. Now will there be another shipping charge ???
