Default F-695 Gusset Question

I'm ready to drill the holes into longerons and firewall stiffeners using the F-695 Gusset as a drill guide and noticed this mis-alignment (the green arrow). Before I drill this dude, has anyone else experienced this? It's the same gap on both sides.

Thanks!

Yep. I think that is pretty common. I would adjust the part a little.

Default Gusset Fit

Yep, neither side on mine fit well either. As I remember, there was a slight compound angle there. A little filing and some coaxing got it in there.

Thanks guys! I went back out and trimmed the gusset on the Scotchbrite wheel just a tad and it fits fine now. Drillin' time!
