FAA 8130-6 question

Ready to send my paper work into the FSDO. Under III OWNER'S CERTIFICATION, Do we put anything in the AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES box? The fuel tank SB? The Slick Mag or Carb. SB's?

Yes. Just go to the FAA.gov website and look for the number of the most recent bi-weekly AD, and put that number in there.
