Default Wiring T&B - Switch?

I have been rewiring my -4. The T&B was previously wired up through a separate switch, however I am considering wiring this through the master (running out of switch room). Of course this means if I need to shed load and run off the E bus only due to a failed alternator I will lose the T&B.

What have others done?

Do you have a pullable circuit breaker you could run it from? This would eliminate the switch but you could still shut it off if needed.

I have a fuse block, no pullable circuit breaker.

My primary question is:

Is it common practice to wire in a switch to turn the T&B on and off?

or

Is it common practice to wire the T&B to spin up when the master is turned on?

or??????????????

...it is common to wire directly to master switched bus. Even uses fuses, though the fuses are panel mounted in this case --

Default Thanks Gil

That corresponds with my foggy memory of the sound of gyros winding down when shutting off the master in the older Piper/Cessnas I have flown.
