Default klx-135A

Yes, I had to change mine. Actually, I had it done at a local avionics shop. I could not find the battery and finally after talking to folks at shops, I decided to let them do it. Glad I did. Apparently its not real easy and is soemwhat hard to get to. Its a soldered in type battery, not something that just plugs in. I think the battery itself was a little over $50.00.

How long did you original battery last? The one in my KMD150 (gps) lasted 6-7 yrs.

Default Battery life.

The first one lasted a long time too. This one was put in less than two years ago. I suspect may have lost connection. Still cannot locate it. Anyone?
