I'm done with them. Several weeks ago I received an email from Aimee telling me they had several Silver Bullet tail links available. I sent several emails, called three times and have heard nothing back. They are now on my KMA list.

I urge everyone to avoid doing business with them. I even offered to buy the tooling for the Silver Bullet link from them so that we could have a reasonable source with dependable availability.

Even bad communications is better than no communications. They are clearly unable to meet the needs of the RV community. Too bad. I have a Silver Bullet link and love it, but will seek other alternatives because of their lack of business ethics.
