New to the RV family
Hi all,
I have been lurking on the forum for a while and today took the plunge and boght a previously enjoyed RV-6 Empennage and Wing kit. The empennage is complete for the most part and the wings just started. The work done to date looks very good.
I live in Sachse, TX just on the east side of Dallas. I would like to get together with any local builders - happy to help buck rivets and such also.

local eaa chapters
Colin - There are 2 EAA chapters in your area. 168 meets in Farmers Branch and 1246 meets in McKinney. Both are very active and rich in RV builders, flyers, projects, and overall knowledge. You can't go wrong with either chapter, and some people belong to both.

Collin, Howdy neighbor!! Well, almost. Im in Little Elm (1/4 mile west of Frisco city limits). Im building a -7A, working on the wings. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to shout! You're in the best place in the world for finding an RV'er close to lend a hand!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I'll definately be making it to some EAA meetings in the near future.
