Question Holes in ribs for wiring?

I am deburing the ribs for the wings and see the note in the plans about opening up the tooling holes in the ribs for wiring. Which holes should be opened up and by how much? I am planning on nav, strobes, and landing lights. I saw a diagram on one other thread about opening up some holes and drilling one or two others. Do most folks use the conduit or the gromets in the holes? I am assuming that now is the best time to drill these out. Thanks for any input.
