Cincy River Rats

The Cincinnati River Rats had a little formation practice yesterday(3-09-09). On a somewhat clear day(for Cincinnati), and a GIB with nothing better to do, my good camera was handed to Ralph "Tuna" Fisch. Ralph's RV6A was down for prop maint. so he got camera duty. Ralph did his best to try to fill up a 2GB card. Below are some highlights.
Flight lead is Bud "Joker" Newhouse, #2 Scott "Fastback" Hersha, #4 Greg "Greese" Reese, #3 Jon "Mutha" Thocker.
The airport in the background is Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, located on the banks of the Little Miami river and the Ohio River, hence our name River Rats!

What airport are you guys out of? We have a gaggle down here at LOU and JVY in LA. (Louisville Area) Should link up this summer and burn some steaks.

The biggest Rat's Nest is at HAO(Hamilton/Fairfield) 7 flying RV8's, we find ourselves flying out of LUK(Cincinnati) alot too, 2 RV8's there. Also I69 Clermont County has 2 RV4's in the Rat pack.
