gps trail in Google Earth ?

Does anyone have the link to the how to page. I believe I got it off this site before, it was a really nice how to page to convert gps data into .kml files to show your last flight.

My PC got stolen and so did all my notes on how to convert the files. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
