Hmm....I'm not completely sure I understand. If you have an audio panel there should be a separate input for each radio. Putting two radios into one input is a no-no. Are you using an intercom by chance? If so, you still can't put them into a single input without running them through some sort of switch (hence the need for a real audio panel).
With your setup, I wouldn't try to run everything into an intercom, it's a mess waiting to happen. You have three radios (2 comms 1 nav). Better to just get an proper audio panel.
Lastly, have you heard a single user report about the MGL radio other than from the mfgr? Mostly curious there, as I'm curious about the radio myself.
Anyway, it's hard to answer your question without knowing exactly what you're trying to do here...if you can give us some more info we can give you better answers.
