Question Canopy polish/scratch fixer?

Has anyone tried a good canopy polish/scratch fixer? I tied my 8A outside for 3 days during a XC trip last fall and the wind caused the lightweight canopy cover to slightly scuff the windscreen. Thinking about gluing a piece of flannel to the inside of the canopy cover to prevent a reoccurence.
Thanks,
Mark Andrews

Aircraft Spuce has pexiglass restoration kits on page 314 of their 2003-2004 catalog. See: www.aircraftspruce.com

micro mesh kits for fixing plexi, maybe automotive supply or something like that, takes lots of elbow grease but the results are worth it
