Default trim tab wire

do you think this is ok routing for the trim tab wire? it is a 8a.

Default first pic doesn't look good

In your first pic the wires are running close to or right on top of a stiffener, or the edge of a piece of AL. I'd think after some hours of flight that would chafe right through the wire. you should get a way to pad the wires or route them better, in my inexperienced opinion.

i would not use the tie wraps to secure the wire to the rib like that. buy cushioned clamps and bolt them on, more secure and will last longer, tie wraps crack with time.

Shouldn't let wires touch any shape edges. Wrap the wires with a piece of cushion first then tie them up. You can get heat resistant cushion pad from Target.
