Countersinking in Tight Quarters

What is the best method for countersinking in close proximity to another part, such that the countersink cage cannot be used because of interference with the other part? If I just chuck the countersink bit in a drill chuck to 'eyeball' the countersink hole the bit will wobble which would lead to an imperfect countersink. Thanks

If you dont have a lot of them to do, you can simply put your bit on an extension and do it manually by spinning with your fingers or chuck it up in a manual debur tool and work it back and forth. Not perfect but gets the job done.

If you have an aircraft threaded drill motor, it will work well for the occaisional CS. The slow speed will allow you to get good control, and eyeball the depth. Just chuck up the CS bit right in the drill. Works great in tight quarters!!
