Thumbs up Thumbs up for Trutrak !

I had a lot of aggravation with FedEx, who charged me VAT and import duties, twice, on the same Trutrak unit that was returned under warranty, twice.

But last Friday I had a very nice experience with Trutrak. Actually Courtney Messengale offered to pay the VAT and Import duties for one of the shipments (ca. $ 270,-). Everybody knows that when you get to the end of the build, the wallet is getting thin and a gesture like this really helps out.

Not only did they repair my unit under warranty, twice and paid for the return shipping, but now also even pay part of the VAT and import duties!

By the way, I also just received my two replacement screws for the Servo?s, free of charge.

I can only advise anybody in the decision-making stage to go for Trutrak, because it will be hard to get better service elsewhere.

Regards, Tonny.
