Default VA-122 control arm attach

My FAB instructions did not give any indication of what hardware to use to attach the control cable to the VA-122 arm. Does anybody know what to use?

Default The Drawing...

...that came with my FAB is titled "CARB HEAT CABLE ATTACH". The note on this drawing states:
" TYPICAL PUSH-PULL CONTROL CABLE (EXAMPLE CT A-740 BLACK)

This one page drawing shows how to attach the cable to the FAB box and at the VA-122 Arm. I don't recall if this push-pull cable came with the kit, but it is the standard nondescript black knob Bowden control cable.
