Default Where do these go?

I've just finished the cabin plumbing for the fuel and brake lines. These 4 AN Spacers (washers) came is the bag with all of the AN tube fittings. Are these used with the fittings at the exit point of the fuselage (ie, the 2 brake lines and the 2 vent line egress fittings)? What have other builders used these for? (The lighter is for scale)

I used them for the fuel tank vent lines, two per side, one inside and one outside the fuselage skin. I think I've read of others using both on the inside to make it easier to clear the longeron with the vent tube- less bend required. The main fuel lines use only rubber grommets.
